The name ONE Creative Solution applies to all websites doing business under this name including but not limited to "Rust Creative", "Airplane Creative", and "Green Gorilla Creative". By placing an order with One Creative Solution, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Using this Website implies that you accept the terms set forth below, and our Privacy Policy and all disclaimers or other terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on our website (collectively the "Agreement"). Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the Agreement, please do not use our website. Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of our website and thereby bypass the agreement, your use of (or clicking onto) any portion or page of our website still binds you to the Agreement. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future. ONE Creative Solution is not responsible if your order does not meet these terms and conditions.
Order Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation of a job ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork shall be retained by ONE Creative Solution, and a cancellation fee for work completed, based on the contract price and expenses already incurred, shall be paid by the Client.Policy for Printing jobs:
If the job has not been submitted to the printer, we will work with you, the Client to make any changes. (Additional fees may apply)Once a job has been printed, there is NO CANCELLATION ALLOWED and NO NEW FILES ALLOWED - NO REFUNDS.
Jobs may be subject to additional fees if Rust Creative needs to fix mistakes made by you, for us to finalize preparation of files prior to printing. You will be notified of these mistakes/charges before we fix them and before we charge you.
Policy for Design jobs:
If you request design work and we begin the job, you will be charged in full for the design according to predetermined estimates or prices listed on our website. We will consult with you to get your input on the design by providing a proof. If you (the customer) are not satisfied with the design, we will work with you to create the design of your liking, (additional fees may apply) however we do NOT provide any refunds for design jobs.General Information
Any original media provided by the client to One Creative Solution (discs, photos, slides, proofs, etc.) are non-returnable and become the property of ONE Creative Solution, unless pre-arrangements are made. The preferred file type for printing jobs is Adobe PDF. Acceptable applications for Mac & PC include (but are not limited to) Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe PDF. We cannot guarantee consistent results if files are generated by other applications like Microsoft Publisher. For best results, all raster-based files should be converted to CYMK. All fonts must be included or embedded. Images must be flattened with CMYK color-mode and submitted in JPEG, TIFF or EPS format. Proofs will be provided if requested by Client. Printing time begins after receipt of final proof approval if a proof has been requested. Final approval will only be accepted in written format. No verbal approvals will be accepted. Quoted printing prices do not include any shipping, handling or sales taxes (if applicable) unless otherwise stated. Printing prices are subject to change without notice. All jobs require payment in full upon receiving the job invoice from ONE Creative Solution. Unless other payment terms have been previously arranged and account is up to date, your credit card may be charged upon placement of order.Right Of Refusal
ONE Creative Solution reserves the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.Turnaround Time
ONE Creative Solution makes every possible effort to turn jobs around as quickly as possible. If estimated turnaround times are provided, your job may require more time due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances or additional revisions to the job. ONE Creative Solution will not credit or refund customers if a job runs past a provided turnaround time estimate. TURNAROUND TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE, NOT A GUARANTEE!Website Material Usage Rights
